Tika's local knowledge of the surrounding beach front market set the credible offering price that she could defend for us; her knowing how to best present the property that emphasized the ocean view from the front door, dining room and kitchen and her negotiation skills got us a price above our ask. She pushed to get the paperwork completed for a timely closing.

Interrupted Tika on a Sunday afternoon tour with her clients, pure coincidence ... she politely gave me 15 minutes as we never met, within an hour we had a tour of a condo we liked nearby, no lie an offer that evening was prepared by Tika Sunday ... Monday midnight we closed. Tika went as far as to pay off a $20 wire fee from her pocket to keep the process moving as we are from Canada and had left Florida already. 30 days later we moved in.
