We worked with Tika on the purchase of a Townhouse in a new development. The deal was complicated in light of COVID-19 and because we were unable to travel, we were forced to manage this purchase remotely from California. Great experience! Knew the market and provided a lot of very helpful color. Gave is great market data to help us determine an offer price. Was incredibly responsive to our questions as well. In fact, somebody approached us to buy our house three days after closing at price a price 25 percent higher than what we bought it for! Overall, best of the five agents we have used to buy/sell houses over the years. And highly recommend!

Tika is amazing - we are from New York and wanted an intracoastal house with large pool dock with open views in Fort Lauderdale. She is knowledgable, organized , available- ( on weekends and at nights ) - we bought a beautiful house on large corner on intracoastal in Fort Lauderdale for 3.43 million . She also helped with all other issues with house like electric , water (she actually took me to set up water) , pool person and landscaper and it goes on and on - she just understands and is connected with everybody I needed to maintain house.
