Tika from the start when we meet to look at properties put together a list of exactly what I told her we had in mind. She showed me the condos without wasting time or trying to talk me into anything. Found first day what I wanted, took my husband next tje next day. Put in an offer and got it accepted all within 3 days from our initial meeting to signing the contract. We had challenges as the condo was under new property management and but she was on top of it and responsive . If I could rate Tika 10 stars we would!
