Tika helped my wife and I search find our home in Fort Lauderdale. We found Tika through a colleague in Fort Lauderdale. We have been living in the Harbordale neighborhood in a brand new townhouse development for many years and we were planning to relocate in either Victoria Park or Rio Vista. It was a toss up between the two neighborhoods, as both were nice places to live. Tika helped us decide on the neighborhoods by offering insight into new and future developments into Fort Lauderdale, and through price points. We put multiple offers on properties, and were able to negotiate on all three. We ended up going with the house in Victoria Park. Our offer included Tika's recommendations and we were able to secure the property in a tough market. When it came to appraisal, the house appraised for higher than our offer which validated Tika's market knowledge. At the time of closing, Tika helped with all loose ends, and didn't miss a beat with reminding us of all documents. I would recommend Tika to anyone looking for a house in Fort Lauderdale. Great experience! Knew the market and provided a lot of very helpful color. Gave is great market data to help us determine an offer price. Was incredibly responsive to our questions as well. In fact, somebody approached us to buy our house three days after closing at price a price 25 percent higher than what we bought it for! Overall, best of the five agents we have used to buy/sell houses over the years. ???????? And highly recommend!
