Tika is the most friendly, responsive and detailed Realtor I have ever used. She made the buying experience stress free! Tika was knowledgeable of the south Florida market. She was always available to us when we needed her. We had provided her a few homes that we were interested in seeing and she used our criteria to select additional homes for us to view. We were from out of state and she picked us up at our hotel and drove us all over town to look at properties. Tika also provided us with a home inspection contact.
